Educational Content

Educational content will be found in the form of digital downloads, podcasts, quizzes & video format. All content has been researched and care has been taken to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. The Medical Lounge cannot take any responsibility for inaccuracies including changes to guidelines. 

Members must ensure they follow local policies and guidelines laid out by the service they work for. It is also vital that members stick to their scope of practice. The Medical Lounge contains educational content for various levels of clinicians and completion of E learning does not confirm competence. 

Community Rules

By joining us here at The Medical Lounge you will have access to our exclusive community. The community platform is to share knowledge, tips & advice between likeminded individuals. It is important to us that we keep this space safe for our members to discuss topics without the fear of being harassed or insulted. The Medical Lounge reserves the right to issue warnings or cancel a members subscription without a refund if these guidelines are not adhered too.

Refunds

Customers are entitled to request a refund up to 72 hours after purchase or renewal. Providing the learner has not consumed or downloaded any content post purchase or renewal. For all queries and refund requests -please email [email protected]. One of the team will get back to you within 24 hours.
